Belarusian Center of Education (BCE) is organising a scholarship exam at BMICH for students who have completed their A/Ls (Bio Science Stream), and also for students who are planning to pursue medicine after Advanced Level exams. The exam is going to be based with the Advanced Level (Biology, Chemistry and Physics) syllabus. BCE’s intention is to encourage talented students with opportunities for medical education in Belarus, known for its advanced medical education program. In addition, BCE offers a 50% scholarship on tuition fees for the entire six years to the top performers at the exam. The scholarship examination featured a comprehensive assessment designed to evaluate candidates’ proficiency in biology, chemistry, and physics—the foundational subjects for any aspiring medical professional. Additionally, the test included components that assessed critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and personal essays that highlighted each candidate’s passion for medicine and career aspirations. The scholarship winner Miss Udani Samaraweera, selected from a pool of over 25 candidates, the recipient will receive substantial financial support to cover their tuition fee for all 6 years by a 50% scholarship sponsored by BCE, allowing them to focus on their studies without the burden of financial constraints. The top scorer of the examination Miss Udani Samaraweera was celebrated at the Belarusian Center of Education on the 22nd of August, 2024 by receiving the Scholarship Cheque.
